- Yes. Bring in the tower only. We have monitors, keyboards and power supplies at the shop for testing.
- Can you speed up my slow computer?
- Usually, yes. Most slow computers are fixed with an SSD upgrade, more memory, a clean-up of startup software or malware removal. We work out which and give you a free estimate for what it will take.
- Can you recover my files from a computer that won’t start?
- In most cases. If the drive still spins or the SSD is detected we can copy your files to a new drive or an external. Bring it in and we will assess it for free.
- Do you remove viruses?
- Yes. We remove malware, adware and browser hijackers and make sure your protection is set up properly afterward.
- How much does computer repair cost?
- It depends entirely on what is wrong, so we start with a free estimate before doing anything. There is no charge if you decide not to go ahead.
